After completing their studies abroad, Artan and Irna Dobi returned to Albania with a clear mission: bringing European standards to translation, education and real estate.

Founder
Artan Dobi
Sworn translator, Turkish language expert and founder of DOBI Translation Office. A graduate of Marmara University in Istanbul, one of Türkiye's most prestigious universities in the fields of language, communication and economics.
With more than 17 years of professional experience, he is one of Albania's most recognized sworn Turkish language translators and holds a Security Clearance Certificate, authorizing him to translate documents of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Throughout his career he has translated thousands of official documents — legal, judicial, medical, academic and commercial — and has provided representation before Albanian courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office and Police Directorates. His work is distinguished by terminological accuracy, maximum confidentiality and international translation standards.
Founder
Dr. Irna Dobi
Doctor of Science in European International Law, education and professional development expert, founder of DOBI — Real Estate — Academy & Business Solutions. A graduate of the University of Bucharest, with Master's studies at the University of Bologna and the University of Ljubljana.
Alongside her academic background, she has long experience as a university lecturer and expert at Albanian universities. Through the DOBI Expert Education & International Mobility platform, she helps Albanian and international students build their academic and professional journeys — believing every student deserves a personalized strategy.
Drawing on her experience in creating and developing brands within the real estate sector, she trains agents, brokers, executives and sales teams, helping them build a strong market identity and sustainable businesses.
